If you want to delegate the power to deal with your affairs to a relative or trusted friend we can prepare a Lasting Power of Attorney for you. This is a legal way of giving someone else the power to manage your affairs for you. A Lasting Power of Attorney allows someone you appoint to manage your affairs if you should become temporarily or permanently unable to do so in the future, whether through illness, accident or disability. You can also provide for matters such as your future care and medical wishes within your Lasting Power of Attorney.
As one of our services for the elderly we do also take on management of affairs ourselves if clients wish us to do so.
